Cancellations & Refund Policy: I understand that there will be circumstances where an appointment may be made and it needs to be cancelled. I ask that I am given 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment. We can either reschedule your appointment or I can offer you a refund. If you miss an appointment for a video consultation then your payment is non-refundable. If you place an order via my website in error, please contact me immediately so that I can issue you a refund. Refunds will not be issued for completed readings or healings. I reserve the right to decline a reading or healing request and will issue you a refund on this basis.
