Ritual Incense and Smudging Kits

We have some beautiful ritual incense sticks available by Elements. Each box contains 20 sticks. There are two fragrances available: Frankincense and Myrrh and Egyptian Musk. Frankincense and Myrrh is traditionally burned in sacred spaces. The Egyptian Musk transports you to the ancient temples of Egypt. Both incense blends are perfect to burn during healing and ritual work.

We also have two different types of smudging kits available. Smudging is when you burn sacred herbs to clear negative energies from your home or sacred space.

The first kit consists of a yellow abalone shell which is approximately 8.5cms long. *Remember as this is a natural product the dimensions may differ slightly. With the shell you will also receive a 50 gram bag of Traditional White Californian Sage. You can use the shell to burn a little bit of the sage to help cleanse your sacred space. Or you can use the shell to burn Palo Santo chips or wood. *Just remember to never leave anything which is burning unattended. White Sage has been traditionally used in Native American culture where it has been burned like incense or used for ceremonial cleansing and purification rituals.

The next kit consists of a large 17-18 cm Abalone Shell (as this is a natural product the dimensions may differ slightly.) You will also receive an 11.5 cm Blue Sage Purifying Stick. The large abalone shell would look beautiful as an ornament in the home when not being used for smudging. Traditionally used for burning Sage or Palo Santo for the purpose of smudging. The shell should not be left unattended whilst burning. You can use this shell as a dish whilst smudging your space to collect the ash and ambers. Blue Shasta sage comes from Mount Shasta in California. Perfect for purifying the energy in your home or sacred space.
